Organic Malloreddos Cappelli
Cuociono in 8 minuti
500 gram pack
Malloreddos represent the quintessence of Sardinian pasta. With their characteristic striped shell shape, they have brought a piece of Sardinia to every corner of the world.
Our production stands out for the use of bronze drawing and the use of an all-Italian flour: Cappelli, an authentic high quality jewel. An aristate grain with the characteristic filaments of grasses and a hardness that ensures perfect al dente cooking. From a nutritional point of view, on the other side, it offers a higher concentration of vitamins, minerals, lipids and amino acids compared to common wheat, and greater digestibility. With our Cappelli Organic Casarecce you will discover the genuine taste that only a pasta made with passion and dedication can offer.
