Sardinian heart on a plate
We are Artinpasta.
We are tradition
and we are the future.
It's true: we Sardinians are fond of the past. We love it because it reminds us how to build the future: with love, passion, care.
And time.
This is how Artinpasta grew: without haste, respecting times and traditions. And with an eye towards innovation.
Mission
We offer a pasta recognized for its integrity and naturalness, we choose the best semolina and preserve traditional production methods to guarantee a genuine product.
Vision
We pass on our tradition to serve the best organic pasta. And we look to the future to embrace all the advantages that innovation can bring us.
PASSION
For us, pasta is not just a product: it is passion, history, territory. Everything we produce is made with love. And you can feel the difference.
TRADITION
We are anchored to our roots because we have so much to learn from the past for our future: love, care, respect for times.
INNOVATION
For us it is synonymous with sustainability. We reduce the environmental impact by using clean energy produced by our photovoltaic system.
WORK ETHIC
Short supply chains and use of clean energy mean an ethical approach to work and respect for the environment: we really care about these things.
Silvio Carta
As a child, he got to know the unique flavour of durum wheat, the kind produced by his family to satisfy its needs. Silvio Carta thus began selecting the best organic raw materials to produce top-quality dry pasta.
He has been doing this, with passion, for over 20 years.
The Pintadera
The Pintadera is a small terracotta matrix that was used in the Nuragic era to decorate ceremonial breads. It was an identifying seal of the product and the territory. We chose this symbol for our logo, because today as then it speaks to us of tradition, territory, quality.
