Our range of dry pasta made with durum semolina and water is produced according to our traditional recipes.
Our dry pasta is bronze-die. We chose this process because it lends the pasta a unique porosity that allows it to absorb seasoning better and to stay intact without breaking, which is essential for the preparation of pasta dishes, the secret of which lies in the delicious blend of seasoning and pasta.
This process naturally requires longer production times but it ensures that the end product is of a superior quality.
